About

Hello, my name is Suzi. Being bipolar is like living your life on the tallest, most dangerous rollercoaster in the world and never getting the chance to get off. I needed a place to vent. And I thought other people would like to benefit from my manic pattern searches.

I have been diagnosed for 3 years. Give or take a little. But being undiagnosed for most of my life made my life, and the lives of those that I love a living hell. I hope that by sharing my experiences I can get it out of my system and maybe help a few others.

Thank you for reading, feel free to comment, and I hope you enjoy the insanity that is my life.

thats kind of you, thank you. venting is great! as for my friend, she copes and struggles as i believe we all do in our own ways. i truly believe most of us suffer from some form of mental health issue, some more severe than others.
i think having parents is enough reason to go through counselling.
ive been in therapy for almost 18 months and i wish id done it sooner.
p.s. i have another blog where i keep crochet and more personal stuff outside of jewellery πŸ™‚ betterthanyoko.wordpress.com
